No two days need to look exactly the same. Your role will include:
- Carrying out WoF inspections to the required NZTA standards
- Identifying faults and safety issues
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and general mechanical repairs
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate inspection and service records
- Communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Working as part of a team to keep the workshop running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a current WOF Inspector Authority
- Has solid automotive mechanical experience
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
- Understands vehicle safety and compliance requirements
- Can diagnose problems and find practical solutions
- Is reliable, professional and takes ownership of their work
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Holds a full NZ Driver Licence
