Beginning her journey in customer service and aftercare, Jo-Ann swiftly immersed herself in the automotive sector, propelling the success of sales, parts, and service within the dealership. She flourished in a dynamic, multicultural landscape, effortlessly navigating diverse cultures, expectations, and business practices.
Jo-Ann transitioned from selling cars to leading the team, becoming the youngest Sales Manager in the company’s history. Not one to rest on her laurels, she transformed processes, earned the title of “Dealer of the Year” for four consecutive years, and snagged “Sales Manager of the Year” for herself.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Jo-Ann subsequently brought her talents to New Zealand and dived into recruitment. Rising from Recruitment Consultant to General Manager, she ascended the ranks quickly and fully discovered her passion for recruitment. Now, as the Director and Founder of EmployMe Solutions, she's leveraging her unparalleled mix of experience, strategy, and a touch of humor to assist businesses and job seekers in finding their ideal match.
