About the Role:
As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently — a crucial part of our aftersales experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and submitting warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
  • Tracking claim status and ensuring timely payments
  • Maintaining warranty records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar warranty admin or automotive role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial in this position
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and professional attitude
