Warranty Administrator - Andrew Simms Group

- Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week
Due to significant service growth, we require 2 Warranty Administrators to join our warranty team based in Botany and Newmarket. Flexible hours for the right applicant.
This role will include:
- Invoicing service warranty job cards
- Entering warranty claims into distributors system
- Writing technical descriptions of vehicle faults
- Ensuring maximum claim values are achieved
Other valuable skills and attributes include:
- An understanding of the warranty process
- Strong computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A good knowledge of vehicle makes and manufacturers
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to work on your own as well as within a team
