  • Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week

Due to significant service growth, we require 2  Warranty Administrators  to join our warranty team based in Botany and Newmarket. Flexible hours for the right applicant.

This role will include:
  • Invoicing service warranty job cards
  • Entering warranty claims into distributors system
  • Writing technical descriptions of vehicle faults
  • Ensuring maximum claim values are achieved
To be success in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a dealership environment.

Other valuable skills and attributes include:
  • An understanding of the warranty process
  • Strong computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • A good knowledge of vehicle makes and manufacturers
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • The ability to work on your own as well as within a team
