About the Role
Right now we are recruiting for a Vehicle Groomer to join our busy and friendly team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all service vehicles are presented to the highest standard, before being returned to our clients.
Your work plays a key role in customer satisfaction. A perfectly presented vehicle tells its own story and can open the door to future career progression within the dealership, including apprenticeship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Washing, vacuuming, and detailing service clients vehicles
- Interior and exterior grooming to dealership standards
- Assisting with vehicle movement around the site when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of grooming areas
- Working efficiently to meet daily deadlines while maintaining quality
- Previous grooming, detailing, or car care experience (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
- The ability to work under pressure
- Strong reliable work ethic, reliability, and pride in presentation
- Good time management and willingness to learn
- Full, clean NZ driver licence
- A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
