About the Role:
We’re looking for a Parts Trade Advisor with dealership experience and a knack for customer service to join our team. This is a key role that supports our trade clients with parts quoting, ordering, and distribution coordination across all brands within the Andrew Simms Group.
Key responsibilities include:
• Handling trade parts enquiries via phone, email, and PartsTrader
• Quoting, sourcing, and processing parts for multiple franchises
• Providing expert advice and efficient service to trade customers
• Ensuring accuracy in parts identification, to ensure the right part, first time
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dealership parts department
• Extensive experience using PartsTrader is essential
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and manufacturer systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
• A team player with a positive, professional approach
• Someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety
