- Qualified automotive trade certification
- Proven experience working with Toyota vehicles
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent fault-finding ability
- Experience with modern vehicle technology
- High standards of workmanship
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full or valid NZ driver's licence
- Commitment to workplace health & safety

- Complete scheduled servicing and maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Carry out repairs to a high standard
- Perform vehicle inspections and health checks
- Complete warranty and repair work
- Use Toyota diagnostic equipment and technical information
- Identify faults and provide effective repair solutions
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Follow manufacturer and workshop standards
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional workshop environment
- Keep up to date with new technology, training and technical developments
