About the Role
EmployMe Solutions, a recruitment agency specialising in the automotive and machinery sectors, is seeking a capable and people-focused Service Manager to lead a small, close-knit team based in Dunedin.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day service operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and support a small, skilled team to achieve operational goals
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Manage scheduling, job allocation, and customer service standards
- Collaborate with senior management to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Support training and development initiatives within the team
You’re an experienced leader who takes a hands-on approach and enjoys working closely with both people and machinery. You’ll bring organisational strength, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent service.
We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a service management or supervisory role within the automotive, heavy equipment, or agricultural machinery industries
- A strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Practical mechanical understanding or technical aptitude
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- A supportive, tight-knit team environment in Mosgiel
