About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of the service department – managing appointments, providing quotes, explaining repairs, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling looked after. You'll work closely with the workshop team to coordinate jobs and keep everything running on time.
This is a busy dealership, so the pace is fast – but the team is supportive, and there’s plenty of opportunity to grow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or workshop environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage bookings, invoices, and follow-ups confidently
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical understanding is an advantage
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence
