What you’ll be doing:

- Discussing vehicle servicing and repair requirements with customers
- Preparing estimates, invoices, and relevant service documentation
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Working closely with technicians and the workshop team to keep jobs moving
- Identifying additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Following up with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Previous Service Advisor experience within an automotive dealership is preferred
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
- Confidence working in a busy workshop environment
- Good computer skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
