Key responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for service customers, providing a warm welcome and managing bookings to ensure a seamless experience
- Prepare job cards, obtain approvals, and oversee accurate and timely invoicing
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring agreed timeframes are met
- Coordinate workshop workflow and maintain clear communication across service platforms
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service
- Experience from a Service Advisor role, or as a Junior Service Advisor looking to step up.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- A positive attitude and a collaborative team approach
