Due to significant growth, we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for service customers, providing a warm welcome and managing bookings to ensure a seamless experience
  • Prepare job cards, obtain approvals, and oversee accurate and timely invoicing
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring agreed timeframes are met
  • Coordinate workshop workflow and maintain clear communication across service platforms
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service
  • Experience from a Service Advisor role, or as a Junior Service Advisor looking to step up.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative team approach
