We’re looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and has outstanding organisational and time management skills. If you enjoy helping customers, take pride in your work, and have a process-driven mindset, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Being the first point of contact for service customers - welcoming them, managing bookings, and ensuring they have a seamless experience
  • Preparing job cards, obtaining approvals, and managing invoicing
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the service process and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Managing workflow and communication across our service platforms

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Strong communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service
  • A background in automotive service advising, parts, or workshop coordination
  • The ability to juggle priorities, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • A positive attitude and sense of humour - we love to have fun while delivering results!
