We’re looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and has outstanding organisational and time management skills. If you enjoy helping customers, take pride in your work, and have a process-driven mindset, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact for service customers - welcoming them, managing bookings, and ensuring they have a seamless experience
- Preparing job cards, obtaining approvals, and managing invoicing
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing workflow and communication across our service platforms
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service
- A background in automotive service advising, parts, or workshop coordination
- The ability to juggle priorities, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
- A positive attitude and sense of humour - we love to have fun while delivering results!
