Our client is a high-performing volume dealership in Wellington, known for moving metal fast and delivering top-tier customer service. They’re looking for a Service Advisor who can keep pace, stay organised, and be the friendly face customers remember (in a good way).
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing vehicle service bookings like a logistics ninja
- Translating “weird clunking noise” into understandable action plans
- Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure everyone’s on the same page
- Providing top-shelf service that keeps customers coming back for more (and not just for the free coffee)
