  • Supporting and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices
  • Assisting with workflow, job prioritisation, and workshop efficiency
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
What’s in It for You
  • Competitive remuneration reflecting your experience and leadership - $35 - $39 per hour, dependant on skill level
  • Modern, purpose-built workshop with quality tools and equipment
  • Ongoing technical training and upskilling opportunities
  • Supportive, team-focused environment
  • Opportunities to step further into leadership over time
  • Stable, full-time permanent role working at least 40 hours per week with a reputable and growing business
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who knows their way around an engine and enjoys solving problems others can’t.
  • Proven experience as a small engine mechanic or in a similar senior role
  • Trade qualification in a relevant field OR a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience working with small engines

  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members
  • High attention to detail and pride in your work
