We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team full-time. If you enjoy helping customers find the right solution, take pride in great service, and thrive in a hands-on retail environment - this could be your next opportunity.
What the role involves
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll:
- Provide professional, friendly service in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Use our systems to process sales, locate products and parts, and manage stock
- Build strong product knowledge to give confident, helpful advice
- Maintain a tidy, well-presented showroom and assist with product assembly for display
- Support day-to-day store operations, including showroom presentation and customer follow-up
- Be available to work one day during the weekend
You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in doing things well. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally in outdoor power equipment, hardware, or a related field
- Strong product and technical knowledge - mechanical experience or hands-on familiarity with tools and machinery would be a real advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Great organisational ability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Confidence with computers and sales systems
- A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn
