Parts & Service Co-ordinator

Based in Papakura, their close-knit team of 10 is now seeking a motivated and technically minded Parts & Service Co-ordinator to join their workshop and showroom operation.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal front-line role where you will act as the key liaison between customers and the service team. You will manage all service and parts enquiries, coordinate workshop bookings and ensure customers are kept informed every step of the way.
You will become the internal expert on EZGO systems and products, developing strong technical knowledge to provide informed, professional support.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Service Coordination
- First point of contact for customers and suppliers via phone, email and in person
- Triage service enquiries and allocate jobs into the workshop schedule
- Liaise with the Workshop & Parts Manager to confirm bookings
- Communicate clearly and consistently with customers regarding job progress
- Utilise factory systems to investigate faults, warranty queries and parts information
- Ensure all cases are documented accurately and resolved in a timely manner
- Provide pricing and availability quotes for parts enquiries
- Prepare and process invoices
- Dispatch spare parts efficiently
- Maintain and update the website parts and accessories page
- Manage customer warranty cases from start to resolution
- Submit warranty claims to the factory and reconcile credits
- Provide support across the workshop when required
- Assist with warehouse management and stock takes
- Support deliveries as needed
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar service or parts-focused position
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail with strong ownership of responsibilities
- Confidence using Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A strong understanding of health and safety practices
More about the role
- Full-time, 41.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Based onsite in Papakura
