We have a fantastic opportunity at Andrew Simms Botany for an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our successful Parts Department. While experience in automotive parts is an advantage, we are also open to candidates from outside the industry who are well organised, communicate confidently, perform well under pressure, and motivated to build a career in the automotive sector.

At our Botany Parts department, you’ll be part of a busy, friendly and professional team that plays a vital role in keeping our service and retail operations running smoothly. No two days are ever the same, making it a role that’s as rewarding as it is dynamic.

The Role
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor who delivers excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be assisting with enquiries, quoting and ordering parts, and helping ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Responding to parts enquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Identifying, sourcing, and processing orders accurately
  • Interacting with retail and internal customers
  • Working closely with service teams and suppliers
  • Maintaining high standards of stock control, invoicing, and record keeping
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Previous parts or automotive experience is beneficial but not essential, we are open to training the right person
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A confident, professional communication style
  • The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a desire to build your knowledge
  • A positive attitude and team-focused approach
