At our Botany Parts department, you’ll be part of a busy, friendly and professional team that plays a vital role in keeping our service and retail operations running smoothly. No two days are ever the same, making it a role that’s as rewarding as it is dynamic.
The Role
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor who delivers excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be assisting with enquiries, quoting and ordering parts, and helping ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Responding to parts enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Identifying, sourcing, and processing orders accurately
- Interacting with retail and internal customers
- Working closely with service teams and suppliers
- Maintaining high standards of stock control, invoicing, and record keeping
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous parts or automotive experience is beneficial but not essential, we are open to training the right person
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A confident, professional communication style
- The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a desire to build your knowledge
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
