We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a busy, multi-brand dealership in Auckland. This is a high-volume role supporting both retail and trade customers, so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a busy enviroment and have a passion for cars, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding vehicle parts and accessories, including trade parts
  • Accurately identify, source, and order parts from both in-house and external suppliers
  • Maintain an organized inventory and ensure stock levels are managed efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, friendly approach
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet dealership targets and ensure smooth operations
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in an automotive parts role, ideally within a dealership environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories across multiple brands
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience with inventory management or ordering systems is highly desirable
  • Passion for the automotive industry is a strong advantage
