We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a busy, multi-brand dealership in Auckland. This is a high-volume role supporting both retail and trade customers, so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a busy enviroment and have a passion for cars, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding vehicle parts and accessories, including trade parts
- Accurately identify, source, and order parts from both in-house and external suppliers
- Maintain an organized inventory and ensure stock levels are managed efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, friendly approach
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet dealership targets and ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience in an automotive parts role, ideally within a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories across multiple brands
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience with inventory management or ordering systems is highly desirable
- Passion for the automotive industry is a strong advantage
