Internal Service Advisor – Andrew Simms Botany

We’re on the hunt for an Internal Service Advisor based at the Botany dealership – someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment, is highly organised, and has exceptional time management skills. If you enjoy meeting deadlines, take pride in your work and have a process driven mindset, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating internal service work between departments (sales, service, parts)
- Creating job cards, submitting warranty prior work approvals and invoicing jobs when completed
- Ensure parts are ordered, arrive and are ready to be fitted
- Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and sales staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Managing workflow via our various platforms
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A background in automotive service, parts, or workshop coordination
- The ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
- A can-do attitude and a good sense of humour, we love to have fun!
