What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical knowledge in hydraulic systems, components, and applications
- Previous experience in technical sales, account management, or engineering solutions
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems with a customer-first mindset
- Confident communicator – able to build and maintain great client relationships
- Team player who also thrives independently
- Motivated to meet KPIs and continuously grow in the role
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand and local industry experience is essential
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers while developing new opportunities
- Planning and maintaining regular customer visits and calls
- Providing technical support and presenting tailored hydraulic solutions
- Preparing quotes, tenders, and proposals in collaboration with internal teams
- Handling daily inquiries and ensuring smooth, solution-based communication
- Participating in ongoing product and technical training
