  • Strong technical knowledge in hydraulic systems, components, and applications
  • Previous experience in technical sales, account management, or engineering solutions
  •  Ability to diagnose and solve problems with a customer-first mindset
  • Confident communicator – able to build and maintain great client relationships
  • Team player who also thrives independently
  • Motivated to meet KPIs and continuously grow in the role
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand and local industry experience is essential
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers while developing new opportunities
  • Planning and maintaining regular customer visits and calls
  • Providing technical support and presenting tailored hydraulic solutions
  • Preparing quotes, tenders, and proposals in collaboration with internal teams
  • Handling daily inquiries and ensuring smooth, solution-based communication
  • Participating in ongoing product and technical training
