Right now, we’re on the hunt for a switched-on, sharp, and service-driven Business Manager to join a high-performing dealership in Auckland. This is a fast-paced, high-volume yard that runs on energy, focus, and results—perfect for someone who thrives on the buzz of sealing the deal and helping people get behind the wheel. This role isn’t suited to those who prefer a predictable, same-every-day routine.

And if friends joke about your “OCD-level” attention to detail—this might just be the perfect gig for you. We see precision as a superpower.

What’s the Role All About?
You’ll be the go-to for finance and insurance—making the numbers make sense and supporting customers through the process with confidence and clarity. You’ll work closely with the sales team and management, adding real horsepower to the operation.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Guiding customers through finance and insurance options, breaking it down without the jargon.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximise department profitability.
  • Keeping documentation accurate and compliance tight—no shortcuts here.
  • Supporting and implementing strategies to lift both sales and customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in lending or direct-to-customer sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a detail-focused mindset.
  • Confidence working weekends on a 5-day roster—it’s when deals get done.
  • A full driver’s licence
