We are seeking an energetic and customer-driven Customer Service Representative to join our client''s busy service site based in Mangere.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our operation, supporting customers throughout their rental journey and contributing to store performance. You will be primarily based at our Auckland location, with occasional work at nearby branches when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and ensuring a smooth, positive experience
- Processing rental agreements and returns with accuracy
- Promoting additional rental options and upgrades
- Assisting customers with queries and resolving issues
- Managing reservations and related administrative tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high service standards
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or sales; vehicle rental experience is a bonus
- Confident computer skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A valid full NZ driver licence and the ability to drive automatic vehicles
