Customer Care Representative & Future 2IC

Andrew Simms is one of New Zealand’s most successful automotive groups, and our Botany-based Customer Care team is the heartbeat of our operation. Because we are growing fast, we aren’t just looking for someone to answer phones - we are looking for a Senior Customer Care Representative with the drive to step into a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) role.

This isn't just about making bookings; it’s about ownership. You will support our wider Auckland dealerships, ensuring our customers get a premium experience every time they engage with us. As you master the role, you’ll take on more responsibility, supporting the Team Lead and helping to drive the performance of the wider group.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing inbound/outbound service enquiries with a professional, high-energy vibe
  • Mastering our booking systems to keep our workshops humming across Auckland
  • Step-up Opportunity: Assisting with team workflow, mentoring newer staff, and acting as the "right hand" to the Team Leader
  • Solving problems on the fly and ensuring "The Andrew Simms Experience" is consistent and world-class

  • To know how to handle a busy queue with a smile in your voice
  • You’re organized, take initiative, and naturally help others improve
  • Your emails are as professional as your phone manner
