About the Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the branch, driving financial performance, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
The successful candidate will bring strong operational expertise, commercial awareness, and proven leadership experience within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration
- Drive revenue growth and maximise branch profitability
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
- Oversee stock control and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- Handle customer queries and escalations effectively and professionally
- Proven experience in a management role within the automotive industry
- Strong commercial and financial acumen

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and performance targets

- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
