The Role You'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing BMW vehicles to the highest standards while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Typical duties include:
- Advanced diagnostics and fault finding
- Scheduled servicing and maintenance
- Engine, transmission, suspension and brake repairs
- Electrical and electronic system diagnosis
- Using BMW diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
- Completing repair documentation accurately
- Maintaining high workshop and safety standards
- Automotive trade qualification
- Previous BMW dealership or European vehicle experience
- BMW Master technician or factory trained BMW training
- Strong diagnostic and electrical fault-finding skills
- High attention to detail
- Full driver's licence
- High voltage experience
- Professional attitude and pride in producing quality work
- WOF certification is advantageous but not essential
