We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Technician to join a well-established, high-performing dealership in Taupō. This is your chance to work with a reputable brand in a busy, fully equipped workshop, backed by a supportive and professional team. Factory training is provided, and there are strong opportunities for career progression into senior roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining modern passenger vehicles to OEM standards
- Diagnosing faults with precision using factory diagnostic tools
- Following manufacturer repair procedures and ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Supporting junior team members and helping maintain a safe, efficient workshop
- Staying up to date with brand-specific training and new technology
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Automotive Technician (Level 4 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in diagnostics and general repairs
- Familiarity with OEM systems and modern vehicle technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Full NZ driver’s licence
