Workshop Foreman for Kia Newmarket. Lead the EV Revolution.
Kia is leading the charge in automotive design and Electric Vehicle technology and to match that momentum, we’ve built a world-class, purpose-built showroom in Newmarket, where we need a Workshop Foreman who is ready to lead from the front.
This is a 50/50 leadership role. You’ll spend half your time as the technical "go-to" on the floor - tackling high-level diagnostics and complex EV repairs - and the other half leading the team, mentoring apprentices, and keeping the workflow of our brand-new shop moving like clockwork.

Your day-to-day:
- Be the culture-setter. Guide a team of technicians and apprentices to hit their targets while maintaining Kia’s global standards
- Act as the final word on complex diagnostics and quality control
- Work alongside Service Advisors to ensure customers get their cars back on time, every time
- Dive deep into the latest EV tech, ensuring the workshop is ready for the next generation of transport
What You bring to the table:
- You are a Qualified Automotive Technician with a solid track record
- You have an interest (or experience) in EV/Hybrid systems and want to become a specialist
- You’re a natural, approachable leader who enjoys seeing your team succeed as much as you enjoy fixing a difficult fault
- You have high standards and a "fix right, first time" mindset
- Are customer centric and a clear communicator
