Right now, we’re recruiting an experienced and motivated Automotive   Technician for one of our premium Auckland clients.

This position offers a long-term opportunity in a modern, professional workshop that prioritizes quality workmanship.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Completing WOF inspections in accordance with NZTA standards
  • Performing general servicing, mechanical repairs, and fault finding on light vehicles
  • Diagnosing issues related to brakes, suspension, steering, engines, and drivetrains
  • Identifying safety concerns and outlining necessary repairs
  • Utilizing diagnostic tools and workshop software to document inspections and completed work
  • Communicating professionally with customers, service advisors, and team members
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  •  Delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship
What you’ll bring:
  •  Current WOF certification and substantial experience as a light vehicle technician
  •  Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  •  Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • A reliable, team-oriented attitude with strong communication abilities
  •  An interest in mentoring or taking on additional responsibilities is a plus
