We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Technician to join a high-performing, busy dealership in New Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected brand in a fast-paced, fully equipped workshop, alongside a supportive and professional team. Factory training is provided, and there are clear pathways for development and progression.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a range of modern passenger vehicles
- Using factory diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults efficiently
- Working to OEM standards and following service procedures
- Ensuring quality control and contributing to a safe and productive workshop
- Supporting apprentices and being part of a team-focused environment
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Automotive Technician (NZQA Level 4 or equivalent)
- Solid hands-on experience with vehicle servicing and diagnostics
- Familiarity with OEM service procedures, manuals, and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Full NZ driver’s licence
