Your Role:
As an Automotive Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out WOF inspections (WOF authority preferred but not essential)
- Using diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex issues
- Can handle WOFs, servicing, diagnostics, and minor miracles
- Knows their way around scan tools and modern vehicle systems (no, we don’t mean Googling the error code)
- Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
What You Bring:
- Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician or similar
- Franchise dealership experience in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Current full NZ driver’s licence
- A great attitude and commitment to quality service
