We’re on the lookout for a qualified Automotive Technician
to join a high-volume, modern dealership
in Christchurch
. This workshop is busy, fast-paced, and built on quality – and they’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You'll be joining a top-tier team with access to the latest diagnostic equipment and factory training to keep your skills sharp and your career moving forward.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a range of late-model vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Completing repair work to manufacturer standards and within allocated timeframes
- Working collaboratively with service advisors and workshop staff to ensure great customer outcomes
- Contributing to a safe, efficient, and professional workshop environment
What we’re looking for:
- NZ Level 4 Automotive Technician qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a dealership or workshop environment
- Confidence in using diagnostic equipment and interpreting fault codes
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Current clean NZ driver’s licence
