EmployMe Solutions is working alongside a long-standing, reputable automotive dealer group in the Wellington region to secure a capable and driven Service Manager.
This role offers something many don’t -genuine ownership. You won’t just be maintaining a department; you’ll be shaping it, influencing its direction, and driving it toward success with your own leadership style.

The Role
Think of this as mission control for the service department. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide a medium-sized team, and ensure both customers and the workshop experience a smooth, efficient flow from start to finish.
You’ll have the scope to fine-tune processes, lift performance, and create a team environment that people want to be part of.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Taking full responsibility for service department operations
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team
  • Coordinating closely with the workshop to maximise productivity
  • Managing bookings, job flow, and customer interactions
  • Resolving issues and maintaining high service standards
  • Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement
 About You
Whether you’re already in the driver’s seat as a Service Manager or preparing to step up from an Assistant Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor role, this opportunity is built for someone ready to lead with intent.
