Our client is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to become the friendly, organised heartbeat of their service department.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their service experience from start to finish. You’ll be the link between the workshop and the customer, ensuring clear communication, smooth workflows, and service that keeps people coming back.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and assisting them in a friendly, professional manner
- Booking service appointments and managing daily workshop flow
- Preparing accurate service estimates, quotes, and invoices
- Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure clarity and efficiency
- Providing updates and following up on completed work
- Delivering a service experience that consistently exceeds expectations
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-first attitude
- Solid computer skills and strong attention to detail
- A team player who enjoys problem-solving and thrives under pressure
