EmployMe Solutions is teaming up with one of our fantastic clients to find a Service Advisor who’s equal parts people-person, organiser, and problem-solver. If you love a fast-paced day, great banter, and making customers smile- this is the perfect role for you.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face that connects customers with the workshop team. You’ll make sure every job runs smoothly, from booking services to handing back the keys — all while keeping customers informed, reassured, and happy. The dealership is based in Auckland and is a busy site so the ability to work under pressure is vital.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting customers professionally and making them feel welcome
- Scheduling service appointments and keeping the diary under control
- Translating technical jargon into plain english that clients can understand
- Preparing quotes that make sense and explaining costs clearly
- Keeping customers updated
- Making sure the admin and paperwork are on point
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability
- Experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Confident using computer systems and booking software
- A great sense of humour - because not every day goes to plan!
