A bit about the role:
You’ll be the friendly face our customers see when they bring their car in. From the first “hello” at the desk, through to keeping them updated on their vehicle, you’ll make sure they feel looked after. You’ll also be the go-between for our workshop team and the customer - making sure the right info gets to the right place.
What your day might look like:
- Greeting customers and helping them book in their vehicles
- Keeping the workshop schedule running smoothly
- Explaining service quotes in plain, simple terms
- Updating customers on progress and next steps
- Following up after the service to make sure they’re happy
- Experience as a Service Advisor (or in another customer-focused role in automotive or similar)
- Great communication skills - you can talk to anyone
- An ability to juggle tasks and stay calm when it’s busy
- Confidence with computers and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in helping people
- Salary is remunerated according to your experience
