Following a multimillion-dollar workshop redevelopment, we’re now operating over 30 service bays at our Botany site – home to some of the country’s most iconic vehicle brands. We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Service Manager to help lead this state-of-the-art operation and deliver exceptional service experiences.
This is a rare opportunity for either:
- An experienced Assistant Service Manager looking to take the next step, or
- A top-performing Service Advisor ready to move into a leadership role.
We want someone who’s not just technically strong, but also a natural leader and problem-solver. You'll bring:
- Experience as an Assistant Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor within a busy franchise dealership
- A strong grasp of dealership service processes and the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- A proactive, dependable attitude – someone who leads by example
- Familiarity with the UNITS dealer management system (a plus)
