We're seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Accounts & Office Administrator who enjoys taking ownership, driving efficiency, and being at the heart of business operations. This is a full-time fixed-term position available immediately through to mid-February 2027, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

You'll play a key role in the success of our business working closely with the owners and leadership team to help drive business performance, maintain financial accuracy, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Be Responsible For
Accounts & Financial Administration
  • Processing invoices, payments, statements, remittances, and reconciliations
  • Managing cashflow, debtors, budgets, and business expenditure
  • Managing forecasting, and financial analysis to assist business growth and profitability
  • Control of stock purchases against sales budgets and forecasts
  • Responsible for cashflow and budget outcomes and forecasting up to 12 months ahead 
  • Presenting financial reports including Profit & Loss reports, aged trial balances, and business performance reporting
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring reporting deadlines are met
Office & Business Operations
  • Acting as the central point of coordination across multiple areas of the business
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
  • Maintaining office systems, processes, and documentation
  • Supporting health and safety compliance initiatives 
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, sponsorships, advertising and community engagement activities 
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, solving and helping a business succeed.

You will bring:
At least 3 years' experience in Accounts Administration or knowledge or accounting systems 
  • Strong skill set of accounts processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, debtor management, cash flow and budgeting 
  • Experience using accounting software and the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Excellent attention to detail, outstanding organisational and time-management skills 
  • The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
