Junior Service Advisor – Andrew Simms North Shore

We are currently seeking a Junior Service Advisor  to join our North Shore team. This is a key frontline role that supports the smooth and efficient operation of our service department while delivering a consistently high level of customer service.

About the role
  • Creating service bookings for customers, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email
  • Acting as the first point of contact and keeping customers informed of vehicle repairs throughout the day
  • Completing repair orders and other necessary documentation upon customer arrival
  • Clearly explaining completed repairs and ensuring customers understand and are satisfied with the work carried out
  • Creating job cards, submitting warranty pre-approvals, and invoicing completed jobs
  • Managing internal job workflow by tracking work in progress, prioritising jobs, and ensuring information is accurately updated across systems
  • Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and sales staff to ensure jobs move smoothly and deadlines are met
  • Managing workflow across multiple systems and platforms
  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service at all times
 
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A background in automotive service, parts, or workshop coordination would be advantagous 
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when juggling priorities
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products & DMS systems 
  • A can-do attitude and a good sense of humour, we love to have fun!
