With nearly two decades of experience in the automotive industry and six years in recruitment, Jo-Ann Robinson brings a unique combination of industry expertise, recruitment knowledge, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for people.

Jo-Ann began her career in automotive sales, progressing into Sales Management where she achieved numerous awards and accolades for her performance and leadership. Her success was driven not only by results, but by her ability to build genuine relationships, understand people, and create lasting connections. Working alongside automotive sales, mechanics, aftersales staff and Managers across the franchise dealership of almost 100 staff.

That passion ultimately led Jo-Ann into the automotive recruitment industry, where she has spent the past six and a half years developing her expertise across recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and business development. During this time, she worked her way up from Consultant to General Manager, gaining valuable experience in leadership, operations, and strategic recruitment.

In early 2025, Jo-Ann took the bold step of launching her own recruitment business, EmployMe Solutions, with a clear vision:making recruitment accessable to all businesses, offering unique and affordable solutions while making the experience more engaging, personable, transparent, and effective for both clients and candidates.

Today, EmployMe Solutions recruits for roles across New Zealand and Australia, connecting businesses with talented professionals and helping candidates find career opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and goals.
