About the Role:
As the Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between the front desk and the workshop floor. You’ll handle bookings, keep customers informed, and make sure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally. Expect a fast-paced environment, a close-knit team, and a role where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or busy workshop
- Top-tier communication and customer service skills
- Confidence managing bookings, quotes, invoicing, and follow-ups
- Ability to stay calm and organised when the pressure's on
- A solid understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs (helpful, but not essential)
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence
