           This month marks an exciting milestone for EmployMe Solutions Limited as we officially celebrate our first birthday.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           What began just one year ago as a one-person venture has grown into a thriving specialist recruitment agency serving the automotive industry, and we are incredibly proud of how far we have come in such a short time. Within our first six months, we reached an important milestone by expanding from one team member to two, a reflection of the strong foundation we have built and the increasing demand for tailored recruitment solutions in the automotive sector.

           Sometimes we’ll call a candidate to talk about an opportunity, and they sound irritated, distracted, or even a bit rude. And look, we get it - you might be busy,or having a rough day. But here’s the reality: those moments matter more than you think.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           First impressions aren’t just made in interviews. They start from the very first phone call, message, or conversation.

           No employer is looking to bring someone on board who comes across with a negative attitude, even if they have the right skills. On the flip side, someone who is polite, engaged, and positive can stand out straight away.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Every interaction - with a recruiter, with a hiring manager, or with a client - can be the deciding factor in whether you move forward or not.

            The Government has confirmed several

           KiwiSaver changes

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            coming into effect between
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           1 July 2025, 1 April 2026, and 1 April 2028
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           . These updates will impact payroll, employment costs, and employee take-home pay.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           From 1 July 2025
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             The
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
        
            Government KiwiSaver contribution
           &#xD;
      &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             has reduced from
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
        
            50 cents to 25 cents per dollar contributed
           &#xD;
      &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             , lowering the maximum annual contribution from
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
        
            $521.43 to $260.72
           &#xD;
      &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

             Employees must still contribute at least

             to receive the full government contribution.

            16 and 17-year-olds
           &#xD;

             are now eligible for the government contribution if they meet eligibility criteria.

             Employees earning over

            $180,000 per year

             are no longer eligible.

             There is
